Great Toddler Stool

I use this as a stool for my toddler. It mostly resides in the bathroom and it's the perfect height - she can use the lower step to help herself on the potty and the higher step she needs in order to reach the faucet to wash her hands. It's sturdy, built well, and looks nice - so much better in all regards compared to those plastic ones. She just turned 3 and can now carry/scooch it around the house for all sorts of tasks.

Great customer service and great item!

Steps arrived with scratches. I was able to cover them with stain. Holes on steps were misaligned. I thought I could simply drill new holes, but I was wrong. The material is too soft. I should have returned the item instead of trying to make it work. Had to throw the entire thing in the trash. Waste of money. Very disappointed. 08/13/2022: **REVIEW EDIT** I have changed my rating to 5 stars because after my original review, the seller reached out to me and sent a new step stool within one day free of charge. This time all holes were correctly aligned and there were no scratches on the steps. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and the way this situation was handled! This stool is very sturdy, as well.

Hope you don't need customer service

These steps are extremely slick on both the top surface and the floor. I ordered some rubber grips for the bottom cause when I would get in or out of bed they would slide on the floor. The rubber grips do help tremendously.After looking to purchase 3 more sets of steps, I noticed the description saying it comes with a skid strip. Before placing my order for 3 more sets of steps I contacted customer service and advised them that I didn't receive any non skid strips with my purchase. They advised me that I could have gone about this in a different way (I still dont understand what they mean by that) and that I had the old style (which I only had for a week or so). The new style comes with non skid strips. You will still need rubber grips on the bottom. I advised her I was getting ready to purchase more steps and had already purchased non skid strips and rubber grips from another company. She advised me to have a nice life!If you order from this company I hope you receive everything you're supposed too and hopefully you won't need customer service for anything.
