Assembled in Just 20 Minutes

Some reviewers described assembly as "difficult". Also, cited that the wheels make the cart difficult to maneuver. I, a single mom, was able to put this cart together by myself, in about 20 minutes. Wheels appear to be the newer and improved version; no issue detected with maneuverability, thusfar. Each part arrived very protectively packaged and well-labelled. Wooden top was in its own carton within the larger main carton and enclosed along with the other parts within copious amount of styrofoam. Hence, there was no damage nor marring. Also, the two tools necessary for assembly were conveniently provided, along with extra bolts. Our tiny kitchen countertop, once overwhelmed with lunch "treats" -- chips, dried fruit and nuts -- not only looks so much nicer now that it is de-cluttered, it is easier to clean and a very much-needed reclaimed work area. Additionally, snacks are now tidily organized in the cart with ample space left over.I looked at many carts, before settling upon this one, which I chose because it's width, height and depth were more generous than most. That is, while remaining slim enough for the space it would reside in. Since it is mostly made of metal, it seemed -- and is -- quite sturdy and should last a good while. Further, because of its slightly wider footprint, it seemed -- and is -- stable; won't easily topple over. Was worried about the handle being on the top and taking up space there, however it turned out to be a non-issue.So far, so good. Very happy I took a chance on this cart.

Functional and pretty!

Love this cart. It was easy to assemble and fits perfect between my washer and dryer. It is sturdy and holds more than most. I found it is deeper than many sold on this site.

Decent shelving unit

Easy to put together, Looks nice, sturdy, fits in small space nicely, and holds quite a bit of stuff. Ideal for eliminating clutters around the kitchen counter. Bought this to replace my old flimsy bamboo one.I do wish the heights of the shelves were reversed. Right now the top one is smaller which is not tall enough for my vitamin bottles, pen holder, and hand sanitizer bottle. These are the things I use the most and would really like them to be on the top shelf for easy access. Ideally, I would like a taller top shelf, a shorter bottom shelf with meshed walls for small stuff that could fall through the railing, and middle shelf also with meshed walls for mails. Well, life is not perfect, lol.But all in all it’s a very decent shelving unit. Recommend.

Good and Bad

The good news is that once put together it's solid and well manufactured. Bad news is that you need to assemble it... These guys need to advise IKEA, the assembly is awkward at best and two of the cross member supports screw insets are a mm too deep and you have the hard time forcing the screw in. Also, the Sides are not smooth, the screw heads protrude, so plan accordingly!

Perfect for my needs

We have a space under our stairs where we keep household utilities. With a low slanted ceiling (the stairs) and narrow width there isn’t a great deal of room. We keep the vacuum, broom, some cleaners, etc. in this space. For years I’ve had a cheap metal 3 tier unit 7d x 13w x 28h with fixed shelves that were so short the furniture polish and other spray bottles were in the floor.I needed to stay within the 7-8 width but I wanted something taller, and longer. I researched a LOT. Why I waited so long I don’t know because this unit fits my needs!!!I’ve put products like this together for years. Common sense must prevail. I did this by myself. Yes, the sides were tricky but I leaned one side against a wall while I did the other. There are 3 shelf guards to keep items from falling out. Directions call for putting all the shelves on first. Knowing I’d lose some space to work, I put the bottom shelve guard in before putting in the middle shelf. I struggled a little with some screws threading. I also have arthritus in my hands, so some of the blame is on me.The key is to not tighten down the screws until all is assembled. Make sure of your alignments, then go back and tighten up. The wheels are fine. I don’t plan on rolling it around. Make sure you place the locking wheels on the same side. This could be an easy miss with assembly. The tiny wrench that came with it was not good, but I made it work.If I could change anything…width staying the same, I wish it was about 6-8 inches taller so that the middle shelf was the same height as the bottom, and it was about 6-8 inches longer. I’m sure there are reasons (tipping?) why this will never happen, but it’s my dream. It was worth the cost and assembly because it fixed a problem. I would buy it again.

Sturdy

I put this together myself in 90 minutes. Assembly is quit easy, but better with two. It moves quite easy, and is sturdy. I would recommend this product.
