What a mess this was! When I read other reviews it sounded like the assembly was minimal. It’s not. I hate picture instructions especially when several size screws are needed. I was fighting this crazy thing, determined to make it work AND assemble it myself, but then I noticed rust on several areas and places where the paint was chipped on other areas. It wasn’t worth the hassle at that point. And I know the rusty areas probably wouldn’t show, but that spoke to quality, so I sent it back. Thank goodness for amazon!
