Super convenient bedside shelf for small spaces
I got this for my son and it’s been really useful. It’s perfect for keeping essentials like his phone, drinks, and other items within easy reach without needing a full nightstand. The adjustable height is a nice feature, and the rotating tray makes it even more functional. It was easy to install and feels sturdy once in place. Great option for dorms or bunk beds where space is limited.

Not designed for modern beds.
I ordered this adjustable bedside shelf to act as a bedside table / TV tray for my primary bedroom bed. It looked like the perfect design for my simple bed frame.Unfortunately, this otherwise perfect product will not function with most beds. Beds today are simple frames. That is to say, they are typically a wooden or metal frame with slats supporting a tall mattress with no box springs. There are several things about the modern bed that mean this product is not compatible with most bedrooms today. My bed frame is a metal frame that meets the minimum width requirements for the clamp on this design. However, what I did not consider was that the clamp would be wide and where it clamps onto the bed frame reaches deep - so if you have any slats protruding from your bed frame, it blocks the clamping mechanism completely. This is the case with my bed. Not only is this a problem, but also if you have a modern mattress which is more than 8 in thick, the height of this table will be too low to be of any use.All of these issues were problems for my bed and what looks like a really great bedside table and something I really could have used is now just parts laying around my house.I'm writing it to stars because the parts that I have look like they are in excellent condition and were they designed better, would have been a great addition to my bedroom.

Not for thick mattress
Before you decide to buy this bedside shelf, make sure you measure your mattress first. If it’s higher than 7-7.5 inches, you’ll run into the same problem that I have. Bear in mind, this shelf should be able to rotate 360° and adjust the height up and down by releasing the knobs. If you have a thick mattress, the inner knob will push against your mattress and you won’t be able to turn it. This would’ve worked if the knob was installed on the outer part. Another problem I have is it doesn’t fit certain types of bed guardrails. Mine has a groove and the clamp is not flush all the way against the bed guardrail. I don’t think it’s secure enough for me to put anything heavy on it like a cup of tea. One last thing, the tray is poorly polished. It has a lot of rough spots on the top surface of the tray. There’s a lot of potential for this bedside shelf. It can rotate 360°. The height is adjustable. A cable management slot integrated into the tray to keep charging cords neatly organized. None of that matters because I cannot install it properly to use safely due to poor design.

Nice a a sturdy
This bedside shelf is such a smart little addition. It clips on securely and doesn’t feel wobbly, which I was a little worried about at first. The bamboo top gives it a nice, clean look, and it holds essentials like my phone, book, and water without any issues. I also like the rotating feature it makes it easy to adjust depending on how I’m sitting or laying.Perfect for dorms or smaller spaces where a full nightstand isn’t practical. Simple, useful, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Poorly Designed & Unstable Bedside Shelf
This adjustable bedside shelf has proven to be a significant disappointment. The substantial gap between the clamp and the pole renders it prone to shifting and sliding downward, regardless of the level of tightening attempted. Furthermore, the extension arm is excessively short, rendering it ineffective for reaching over a bed or bunk.Regrettably, the tabletop lacks secure attachment or stabilization, resulting in a wobbly and unstable appearance. Even minimal pressure causes it to tilt. While the bamboo material appears aesthetically pleasing, the overall construction and design exhibit considerable weakness.Consequently, this shelf fails to meet practical requirements and should not be recommended for use in dorms, bunk beds, or any bedside setup. It represents a significant financial investment that has proven to be a waste of money.
