Cheaply made plastic

Don't waste your money. Cheap plastic Chinese product that won't last but a few months. Assembly instructions don't align with part in the step. Lumbar suport does not move when turning the adjustment knob. For my seating position it is very uncomfortable. Headrest adjustments are difficult to change and are made of thin plastic clips that I am sure won't last. Don't waste your money or time on this product.

Chair is sturdy and legs are metal, not plastic. Movable arms are a nice feature. The lumbar support sticks out really far, almost putting your body at an unnatural and uncomfortable position. It adjusts a little, but not enough to make a difference and it’s not removable.
