An ABSOLUTE back saver

I bought this as an attempt to improve my back health as I suffer MAJOR back issues. So, this is to be an aide to my variable height desk to get me off my butt (sitting in a chair all day) 15 -20 minutes of every hour.To find a Standing Desk Stool that would actually support me (295lbs) is quite difficult, but I found this one.Others leaving negative reviews are all almost complaining of the same issue "it is not comfortable" which was WHY I bought this unit, IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE COMFORMTABLE, it is designed to make you actual MOVE as you are using it and that it does very well.Pro's - Stability, absolutely NO issues, I have never even been close to falling off this thing.Strength - 100%, I am 295lbs and it fully supports my weight.It is VERY easy to pull out, "stand sit" for 15 - 20 minutes every hour, collapse it back again and store under the desk ready for the next hour.And I have noticed a huge reduction in my pain levels since I have been using this.Cons - I really cannot think of any.Get this, you will not regret it.

Backerz Standing Desk Stool- good for you but not comfortable.

It is difficult to review this product as it serves its purpose well but not comfortable stool. Stool is not supposed to be comfortable. It wabbles 360 degrees while sitting-- it is good to keep a good posture but not stable while sitting. The stool does not swivel (wabbling and swiveling combined--- may be dangerous). Changing the height of the stool is good but once it is extended, it is hard to a lower height. I use it with an adjustable height-desk so that one stool can be used for sitting or standing position. Assembly of the stool is very easy. Price of the stool is great. Since this is a stool there is no back support but I keep my posture right while using. It fits under the desk when not in use.

I was excited to order this item. I had been on the fence about converting to desk stool. I carefully researched by options and settled on this product. It wasn't the cheapest but was the most expensive. I specifically wanted a cushioned seat. In the description this product states "Our 2.4-inch thick HR60 molded foam seat cushion offers pressure-relieving comfort and supports natural movements, even during long periods of sitting."THIS COULD NOT BE ANY FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!!!! This stool literally is like sitting on a brick. It has caused major pain and after sitting on the seat for extended periods of time, I can barely stand up.After first I thought it was me and then had a family member try it. Same result. The cushioning is non existent. With the pressure points that come from a desk stool I would even say this seat is detrimental to someone's spine health.

Great chair for people who like to move

I will say I was a little skeptical about this chair for working, but I’m actually really enjoying it. I use it when I have my desk higher. I use it when I have my desk lower the first day or two it did hurt my bum and I did read some reviews after I was feeling that and it’s to make you be able to get up and do a different position but today it’s actually working out pretty good. It doesn’t bother me as much but I really enjoy that I can hide it and put it away in my room can be clean. I don’t have this big old chair in my room. I highly recommend this for anybody. It’s easy to use easy to put together. It looks good. I love it. I do have hard floors so I don’t know what this is like on carpet.

Seat Cushion Hard!

The stool is as designed to do what is says ... it's adjustable and easy to use. It is NOT comfortable. The seat is so hard that it really hurts my bum and makes me not be able to use it. I contacted the company directly with my concern and they offered me a 10% refund. What I'd really like is a more comfortable seat for my tush.I've been using one my colleague got for $20 second hand and it is WAY more comfy. Sitting on it currently!
