Worth the buy

This is worth every penny. It is strong and goes together easy. However it would of been nice if they labeled the wood pieces. If you plan on using a desktop computer on here you will need a smaller monitor. I put our 24 in on it but it does not fit the space. The monitor we have is very thin so it worked out barely. Love that it folds so it doesn't take up much space.

Solid, cute, needs attention when assembling.

This little piece of furniture is really *cute*, which I was not expecting at all. Because it's made of bamboo, I feel less awful for buying what is essentially disposable furniture, but also because it's bamboo, it's going to hold up to the abuse my family dishes out much better than pressboard would.There are a number of small holes in it that don't go all the way through; the documentation mentions them and explains they're used for holding the boards up while the laquer dries; they're not a problem, but they can make assembly a little tricky, because you have to make sure they're not facing up or front. Also useful, the package has extra screws, which I always appreciate.There is no wall anchor included, however, so parents of small children will want to get one. When the legs are not extended in front, this is effectively a bookcase and tips like one. However, the wood was square and the predrilled holes lined up for all the important screws, so when the legs are out, it's quite stable.

Looked OK at first, but cannot be fully assembled. Strange random holes. Do not buy.

UPDATE: THE ONLY OPTION FOR REFUND IS A RETURN. This is a SCAM LISTING.This desk has incomplete, poorly printed instructions that DO NOT match the details of how to assemble the item (including ZERO explanation on how the top is meant to attach or what the use is for the multitude of random holes in strange asymmetrical places). On top of that, the desk doesn't actually fit together. The screws cannot be screwed flush into the desk's top, there are holes drilled straight through that do not seem to serve any purpose, and there see multiple holes places randomly on the sides of various pieces that make no sense and have no purpose. We literally cannot finish putting this thing together, and it was a complete waste of time and money. It was as though they just slapped a bunch of like-colored leftover boards from some other piece of furniture into the same box with extra holes drilled to pretend they'd fit together for this item.The top of the desk doesn't actually seem to attach, the instructions have zero information on how it's supposed to be accomplished, and NONE of the screws can be fully screwed flush to hold the hinges securely. Its literally not safe to use. Not sure if it's visible in the picture, but if the top of the desk isn't lying flat on a surface, ot flops and shifts at the hinge where the flat metal isn't held securely enough by the screws.We don't have power tools and that was not supposed to be a requirement to build this thing. It shipped with a screwdriver, and that should have been enough.Boards are pretty and lightweight. I was hopeful when it arrived. Assembly is a nightmare.Now I just have an expensive piece of wood in my house that can't be used.Do not trust this seller.

I can flip the pieces out and use it as a desk when I need one, but then fold it up when I need more space in my main area. The added storage is also a huge bonus. The wood is also really pretty and seems durable. If you have a small space, but still want a nice desk, this is your best option.
