Perfect for reviving flat bean bags!

I bought this 5lb bag of shredded memory foam to refill my child's Spidey bean bag chair, and it worked perfectly. I decided to keep the original foam beads inside and just mix this in to add some much-needed loft and comfort.The combination of the structured beads and this plush memory foam is a game-changer. The chair is now incredibly supportive but has that soft, 'sink-in' feel that it was missing before. It filled the chair out beautifully (as you can see in the photo!) and made it much more comfortable for lounging.Pro-tip: Let the foam expand for about 72 hours after opening before you stuff the chair. It makes a huge difference in the final result. Highly recommend for anyone looking to give an old bean bag a second life!

Excellent! Dense! Break it up first.

Fantastic! High density, easy to work with, and no toxic smell. I made a Human sized dog bed with it. I tried breaking it up as I stuffed the bolsters to the bed, and breaking it up after opening it. Definitely best, with most loft, from breaking it up right after opening it, and then letting it sit for a day. Some reviewers thought that the foam should just expand on its own. It does, but the pieces are super compressed together, and all different sizes, so a lot of them don’t get maximum loft without a few minutes of human help. Be sure to open the packet in a really large box or bag. One 55 lb packet makes an enormous amount of stuffing. I used 15lbs on my human sized dog bed.

Great to use as Chaise Chair stuffing

I had bought this for a chaise chair I bought. The large cushion, both smaller pillows and the large back pillow did not open up and fill. Contacted the chair seller and I ended up buying this for more stuffing. Now a little over a month later chair is worse and it would just be too much work for me to do to try and fill everything. So I returned this. I can say it was packaged very nicely and looks to be a wonderful quality memory foam.

Came in two 5lb vacuum-sealed bags. Just like the picture, it’s a bunch of blue foam pieces. I used it to re-stuff some couch pillows. Very little odor and it wasn’t unpleasant. What little smell there was dissipated pretty quickly.As for the firmness, that part is subjective. I’d call it a solid extra medium. Yes/10. I recommend using this to fill stuffed animals and pillows.
