Easy assembly, firm cushion, swivels good.
Really sturdy construction, well padded seat and comfortable.Easy to assemble, took me about 5 minutes maybe with power tools.
Nice chair once assembled.I encountered some discrepancies between the hardware and instructions. Users with larger fingers may find assembly more challenging. However, with some clever thinking and basic tools, anyone should be able to figure it out. Some notes on the assembly process:- Steps 1 and 2 in the instructions seem accurateSee photos provided to tie the rest together.- Secure the middle top part of the legs with a screw, washer, and nut (not mentioned in the instructions).- My seat cushion had four pre-installed Phillips screws, which I used to connect the universal base to the cushion. (Not mentioned in the instructions.)- Either side of the universal base can be installed to the cushion.- To secure the seat and base to the legs, use the four smaller screws, nuts, and washers. Install the nuts and washers in the middle of the universal base, with the Phillips screws running up through the bottom of the legs.Required tools:- 10mm wrench- Phillips screwdriversNote: No tools were included in my package.
Ordered and returned twice because the seller/manufacturer can't seem to send all the necessary hardware to assemble this. Also, parts dinged and scratched. Save yourself the massive aggravation.
Cushion not good
The manual is not clear and even lacks the parts being labeled. No manual was available on the manufacture website either.
