The assembly of the chair was straight forward and it looks fine. But it is lacking in comfort as far as back support goes. After prolonged use, your back gets fatigued and sore. We thought this was due to the chair being new but we've used it now for almost four months and it hasn't been any better with the use. Is it better than no chair? Yes. But it isn't our first choice in office chairs for sitting more than a few minutes at a time.
