This table is so pretty. Exceeded my expectations and assembly was not difficult. There is one part of assembly that requires an extra pair of hands but it was not a problem. The sturdiness is sufficient and the wood grain is very pretty.
Easy to put together and looks just like picture. Directions say you need 2 people for one of the steps and I was able to get through it by myself.
Actually I was very pleased with this purchase but only gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. First off if you're looking to purchase this item you must understand, this is not a wood product, it is veneer so the top three pieces are not going to be a perfect match. That being said, no one will notice once you have placed things on the top.One of the problems I encountered was the pre drilled holes were off which if used made the top three pieces uneven. I made my own new holes and everything lined up. The other issue is the four leg screws that stand out after assembled. I stained some wood buttons and used a dot of hot melt glue and that hid the screws very well. lastly, It takes two people for an easier assembly. Other than that It looks great against the wall in the dining room.
I am 65, assemble by myself. It took 1.45 hours. It's a nice piece of furniture.
Wanted a long, narrow console table with a bottom shelf for our sunroom. This one fit the bill & looked amazing online.Sadly, the quality is sub-par. ZERO attempt at pattern matching between the many adjoining pieces, one of the top joints did not pull together tightly, lighter where edges meet, surface has adhesive haze/smudges (from applying banding/edging at factory), faux grain bears no resemblance to the even grain of walnut (not MCM compatible) . Very well packaged, no damage, but in keeping the box relatively small, there is a lot of assembly (28 cam bolts alone), a second person is definitely a huge help! Having assembled more than 100 flat pack furniture pieces, this one is not difficult, but it's way more time consuming than it should be considering there aren't doors or drawers!Once assembled, unit is relatively sturdy and looks reasonably good from a distance, earning 3 stars.UPDATE: Lowering rating to 1 star. Table is getting wobbly. It's in a low traffic area, displaying 2 medium potted plants (plastic pots w/trays, not much weight), no kids. Shopping for a replacement, wasted $128.
This is the right size and just what I needed
Just purchased this table. I was very disappointed that the top is in three pieces. I like the walnut color, but it is a little top-heavy and wobbly once it is put together.
