Excellent Product!

When I first saw the honeycomb design, I was more than excited to receive the product. As always when purchasing a product online, one tends to have doubts on product before it's arrival. Will it be packed well, will it hold up to transit and drivers.I am happy to report it was packed well. Very well. Moreover, I was very relieved to have my doubts abated. The product is well designed and assembly easier than most build-a-(... product). So easy in fact that upon the second one (as I purchased two) I was able to eliminate having to turn the product upside down to install legs. It is mostly pre-assembled and so the brackets on bottom are already there. You can literally build this product in place where you want to place it as I did! I feel like the product is perfect in size. Not too big or too small, at least for where I wanted them placed.The entire product is made of wood aside from the doors. The outer layer (side and top) does have a veneer over the wood. I placed vintage wall/contact paper on the inner doors to hide the mdf backing of the door. It looks adorable!I caught it on sale, so the cost of product for being mostly wood and pre-assembled was worth it.

This piece is sturdy, easy to put together and beautiful. The parts, with the exception of the back, are solid wood. The detail is astounding. The overall cabinet looks like it costs way more than it does. The storage is actually quite spacious. I like the handle-less doors because there is nothing to distract from the detail [push to open/push back to close]. Did I mention how EASY it is to put together? Yes, like other reviews, the pattern did not align just perfectly, but it's hardly noticeable on mine. In fact, I bought 1 to make sure I liked it and bought another to go on the flip side. Overall, I recommend.

Beautiful Design, but Both Units Arrived with Damage

I absolutely love the design of this sideboard — the lotus pattern is beautiful, the height and dimensions are perfect for an entryway, and assembly was quick and easy. It truly is a stunning accent piece and complements my space beautifully.However, the quality control has been disappointing. I ordered two units:The first arrived with a cracked lotus-patterned door.The second had a different coloration, a severely misaligned hinge, doors that don’t stay closed, and a visible nick on the top panel.I’ve contacted the manufacturer directly and am currently awaiting a response with a proposed solution. I really hope they make this right, because the piece has so much potential — but receiving two flawed items back-to-back is frustrating.
