Assembly of the barstool was not hard. Nothing complicated about it.The craftsmanship of the barstool is good , the construction is solid; it looks and feel good.I think with good care this barstool will last a long time.
I'm honestly surprised by how much I love this bar stool!First off, it was packaged very nicely - everything was protected well. I could tell by just how heavy the box was that this was going to be quality, and I wasn't wrong. I was so surprised by how heavy-duty and well-made this was. It was fairly easy to put together myself.I love that it's adjustable - I have it at a center island in my kitchen. It doesn't match my other stools, so I like to keep it lowered and pushed under the table when not in use (plus, my cats would scratch it if they could get to it). It tucks away nicely, and then pops out and up when needed. I really cannot overstate how solid this is!
This bar stool features a modern design that looks striking in my kitchen. The leather feels soft to the touch, the base is heavy and stable, the swivel function operates smoothly, and height adjustment is very convenient. The only caveat is that the seating area feels a bit narrow, making it less suitable for larger individuals. If you anticipate sitting for extended periods, the comfort level might not be optimal.
I wear about a size 16/18 pants (US ladies'), and I literally do not fit in this stool. The sides poke uncomfortably into my hips. You'd have to be a GOOD bit smaller than I am to sit in it comfortably.The leather is nice, feels soft. and the base is heavy. It does still feel a bit top heavy with an entire person in it, but not to the point that I would feel uncomfortable using it if, well, I could use it comfortably.
Very easy to assemble and a really great quality and color!However, the seat is tiny and not very comfortable.
Absolute impeccable packing job. Someone deserves a gold star for the way they completely protected the parts of this stool. I never assembled anything with a gas lift but it was easy. The only hard part was dealing with the weight of the base and adding the three bottom screws but I got it perfect. The lift does not lift my heavy weight but I don't expect it to. It will work for a lighter human or child. I just make it go up before I sot on it and it gently lowers me to the right hight when I use the lever. Very heavy duty and beautiful. The has lift does leave an oily substance on the bar from lubrication but I think that is necessary and cleans off just fine. I am very happy with this stool and its construction. I 100% recommend.
OK, so first of all I wanna say that this is packaged very well and is very easy to put together. The leather feels soft and tough, the base is heavy, and is very comfortable to sit on. That being said you need to be on the small side to sit in this comfortably. More on the bigger side so it doesn't quite fit me all that well. I also feel like it's very top-heavy the bigger you are. Still a really nice barstool that fits a nice.
