Out of 8 bar stools there was one seat with tape from the packaging that when removed scratched the leather. We love the bar stools, just need the one seat replaced.Update: I received a new seat in perfect condition.Thank you for your fast and friendly service.

I ordered 3 of these bar stools and one came pretty scratched.the company sent me a replacement foot rest to replace the scratched one. After about two weeks we noticed that if you rotated one of the benches it wood scratch the bottom of the arms so the finish is rubbed down to clean wood. We checked to make sure all the screws are tight and still can’t stop the rubbing. It also seems too bind when you sit and try to turn. I am beside myself. Please contact me with a fix for the chair.
I purchased two of these barstools and assembled them, however the legs are so tapered that when I sit in them and have Mr feet in the footstools, I slide out of the seat. I am very disappointed in this result and cannot return them without taking them apart. Just hate it as I love their look but to me unusable.
Very nice stool, but the backrest is only about 4” high and it’s not leather. Otherwise a nice sturdy stool
