I use the desk as a sign in counter for my parents. It come with everything you need. I do recommend placing this Item on the studs in the wall. It is a heavy desktop and will fall out of the wall if it is not correctly installed.
Love it! Use it as a vanity and easy to move up or down when not in use.

The top is kinda cheaply made with a fake veneer and rough edges. It is also super heavy, which is a double edged sword. You want it to have some heft for sturdiness, but not to sag under its own weight. The brackets look to be well made, but I question whether they will hold the weight of the table top. I have not installed the table since it isn't the quality of furniture I want for my home interior, but maybe it would work in my craft area of the basement. I am still looking for the appropriate spot for installation.
This is a beautiful quality fold down desk, well worth the low price, and an impressively simple, easy to install design. It took minutes to put up, the longest part for me was using my stud finder that needs a new battery, ha! Just buy it, I'm kicking myself for not looking for this space-saving desk idea sooner. Our kids' bedrooms are pretty small (old house) and the kids are getting old enough that they want to do homework under their own ideal circumstances, ie not at the kitchen table anymore. These are the perfect design for utilizing a small space for multiple purposes, and they are easy to install for anyone, no matter how not-handy you may be. You get an attractive table top, hinge arms, and the screws and instructions- simple and straight to the point. I love the finish of the wood, too. It's versatile and works well with any decor. It folds up and down easily, the hinges are great quality. Highly, highly recommend this desk, I'm sold from every angle- quality, simplicity, function, and ease of install at an awesome price.
