This is the second chair from this company I have ordered. The first chair did not impress me at all. This chair is much better! The assembly was straight forward and easy, only taking about twenty minutes total from start to finish. The manufacturer supplied everything needed to make putting the chair together as simple as possible, including white gloves.The chair itself is made well, balanced, and level. The back and seat cushions are supportive, thick, and are a soft brown faux leather. The pattern is mostly solid brown with a rustic almost webbing visual effect on the leather. The chair is nice and tall and the foot rest makes a big difference in sitting for longer periods of time in the chair. The lumbar and back support can be felt when you are sitting with your back flush against the chair.The armrests are supportive but not as nice as the seat and back cushion in my opinion. The armrests don't hurt my elbows in anyway, they just aren't as thick as the seat and back. The frame of this chair, including the thick plastic armrest holders, are nice and sturdy though.The chair wheels roll easily and smoothly with little force. Adjusting the height is also easy via the handle on the underside of the seat cushion.Overall this is a well made office chair that is comfortable, easy to use, supportive, and priced competitively with other drafting executive chairs. Assembly was easy and the chair should last a while too even with daily use, which is exactly what a good executive chair should do.
