This chair rocks! Literally.

We like our office chairs to have good back support, not swallow us up like those gigantic executive chairs that seem to be more for show than for comfort. This modern walnut chair represents the best of both worlds. Its upscale appearance is designed to impress, yet it has many of the same attributes as high end secretarial and computer chairs that are designed for supportive comfort during long hours of sitting at a desk.This chair has all the adjustments you might need to suit your personal comfort requirements. The height adjusts about 4 inches with a handy lever and it tilts and rocks with spring action and adjustable resistance using the tilt tension knob.I love that you can set it to sort of a bounce mode that keeps your body moving a little while you work, or you can set it to tilt back into a slouch position if you feel like lounging a bit while lost in thought. Sitting straight up puts your hips in the correct postural alignment. It also swivels 360 degrees, and there are no squeaks or creaks in any of its movements.The chair glides smoothly on its five casters and is easily maneuvered around obstacles and in narrow spaces when moving it around from one room to another. I tested it on our brick tile floor, linoleum, medium pile carpet, and rough wood and it rolled right over them all. It has some weight to it so you feel stable sitting, but is still relatively easy to grab and lift up over a step if needed (and I’m a woman in my late 70s).The seat and backrest are both cushioned and covered in faux leather with a quilted accent strip. Both are ergonomically designed to fit the contours of your body. The seat is deeper and the backrest is higher than standard, and they are held together by a super strong curved steel bar. The walnut structure appears to be made from bent furniture grade plywood that has a gorgeous, smooth satin finish. The five metal legs are a satin matte black as are the castors and adjustment knobs.Assembly took about an hour and was surprisingly easy. We followed the instructions and used the allen wrench provided with the screws. No other tools were needed. Everything fits together as it should without any misalignment issues or glitches and all of the parts are high quality and well constructed. There were no weird odors nor chemical fragrances from the materials, which is always greatly appreciated.I chose the brown color chair since it matches our decor, but the chair is available in black, beige, green, or black with contrasting stitching and embroidery. The brown is a medium brown that has a distressed leather look and that matches the tones in the walnut. It looks really good and brings a touch of class to the room.This home office chair is super comfortable, easy to assemble, endlessly adjustable, and a seriously good value for the money. It’s ergonomically designed and well constructed with high quality workmanship. While it’s not commercial grade like the chairs you see tech CEOs use in movies, it doesn’t cost $2000 either. For less than a tenth of the price you have a chair that literally rocks!

Nice, budget-friendly chair

This is a decent office chair with wheels and a nice finish. It comes in several pieces that require assembly. I was able to assemble the chair alone in about 30 minutes. It comes with all the hardware you need and an Allen wrench for the bolts.I was concerned that the back support of the chair overlapped the seat support, but it went together fine in the end. The seat and backrest cover are faux leather that looks high end. The hardware is heavy duty with the exception of the plastic piece that covers the legs and the knob for adjusting the seat.For the price, the chair is a good deal. It raises and lowers smoothly and has a slight recline to adjust comfort. There are no arms, so the chair can be easily pushed under a desk.I am using the chair as a sewing chair to raise myself to the correct height to use my machine at the kitchen table. The wheels on this chair make moving it easy, and having 5 legs rather than 4 helps with stability.I would recommend this as a budget-friendly chair with a higher-end leather appearance.

Great looking chair

My wife saw this and wanted it. I was impressed with how good it looks. It has a great modern design and it seems pretty well made.The materials are sturdy and not cheap feeling at all. The legs are all metal and the back support bracket that connects the to and bottom is heavy duty. Everything was easy to put together and well labeled. It took about 10-12 mins to unpack and have it all put together. The instructions are pretty average, not great but not bad either. Putting it together is relatively straight forward.The chair is quite comfortable, my wife has claimed it as her new chair for her puzzle table. It has a good height to it when fully extended. The wheels work smoothly and didn't have any hangups.It's a bit of a no frills chair but it looks good and it's comfortable. I think most people would be happy having this in their home. It will definitely be getting a lot of use at ours.
