Great Comfort and Style for My Home Office

This chair has been a great addition to my home office. It’s comfortable for long stretches at the desk, with solid back support and a seat that feels well-cushioned without being too firm. I really like it

So far, it's great. Everything works as described and it's comfortable. The parts felt sturdy and went together nicely when done right. My mom and aunt both said it's a really nice chair and thanked me multiple times for it.The cushion is nice and thick, with a fair bit of resistance to it's foam, so you don't feel like you're sitting on a hard surface, but it's not squishy and flat either. The lumbar support is a nice adjustable touch as well.It rolls easily enough, but not so freely I went zooming across the floor getting out of it or sitting down like a normal person.The adjustable resistance of the reclining is another nice touch. If you feel like it's too easy to lean back and you might tip over (you won't if you're not silly and just use the chair normally), you can tighten it down quite a bit with the adjustable knob underneath on the front side of the chair, or you can lock it entirely by sliding in the height adjustment lever to a locked position, then it's more of a straight-backed chair.All of the adjustable features make it really nice for a variety of people. From a 5'5" lady, to a 5'11" lady, both about the same weight (<160lbs), to a 6'7" 240lbs guy, we all found it comfortable, and with tweaking from each of us, I'm sure it would be even better individually.I assumed a few things during the assembly, and had to undo and fix them later. So don't do that, actually read the instructions and follow them. Save yourself 10 minutes of manual screwing and unscrewing to add the washers you missed. I unfortunately didn't have a drill bit that fit the little socket thingy, but that would have saved another 20 minutes probably.As long as it lasts or as long as they honor their warranty, I see this as a purchase I'm very satisfied with and I recommend.

Probably the best chair in this price range for overall comfort, ergonomics, and adjustability!

Excellent adjustability (especially the lumbar - which is why I got it; no other chair in this price range has 2-way adjustable lumber) and easy to install! Packaging was totally fine and the box arrived undamaged. Unfortunately, they needed to cut costs somewhere, and so the faux leather seat and arm rest material is not as high quality as it looks in the picture. By no means a deal breaker at this price range - but it isn't "perfect". It'll probably at least serve me well for a couple of years before it starts wearing significantly enough to replace the chair.
