I wanted an all black out chair to match my cabinets and this chair fits my needs. It was easy to install took me about 20mins or so.Quality is great, the base is made out of metal hence very solid, it came with the polyurethane wheels, rolling on the hardwood floor is very smooth. Fits a 5 foot tall women

This chair fits a person 5 feet. Can be installed by 1 person. Color is accurate. Pillow is needed for any back support. Since arms are a bit too high your shoulders are pushed up if the arms are used, but they are soft. Seat is very hard but feet touch the floor. Rocking motion is great. Since it is hard to find a chair for a small person, I am glad I found this one. 4 stars due to seat being so hard.
