Overall I am very pleased. It is very functional and decent looking - considering the price. The pull-out shelf is a nice extra. I wish there was an option to install the pull-out as the bottom shelf. The sliders appear to be smooth and strong (enough to hold a reasonably heavy appliance while fully extended).The biggest complaint I have are the obvious fake wood pattern on top. I'd rather the shelf use a solid color or the black metal mesh like the other shelves. The cheaper look of the top shelf is not too noticeable with a large appliance sitting on it. You could also cover it with a cloth or paint it.The adjustability of the top and middle shelves makes it more flexible for your needs - with the trade off of a few extra holes that are a little unsightly.There are minor dings in a couple of the metal cross pieces but the paint powder coat was undamaged. It isn't anything you'd notice unless you're really looking it over closely (like during assembly).Again, for the money, this serves as a sturdy, functional appliance cart. If you want something more attractive or fancy - you shouldn't be at this price point.

This cart is great!

This is exactly what I needed and wanted. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews about stability, wheels, assembly, etc., but the assembly wasn't bad at all. Since I just finished putting it together and getting everything in place a few minutes ago, I'll update if there are any issues. But for now, I'm loving this! The slide-out shelf is awesome, and the fact that I can roll it to where I need it is great!The size is as described, it rolls nicely, and it looks nice.Everything was included, and there were even extra screws. I did have to pull out a Phillips ("+") screwdriver, but other than that, everything I needed (plus some) is included. Worth the money (and time)! I'm including before and after pictures.
