Simple, functional, and looks great. It helps keep my pens and small office supplies organized and out of sight. The height is perfect for better posture. Happy with the quality for the price! Also there's no sense of bad smelling when opening the box, which is a plus.
I needed a bedside stand to hold personal items such as my phone, night light, and tissue box. This stand meets my needs perfectly and was very easy to assemble. I’m planning to buy two more for my daughter’s room. The drawer design also allows my wife to store some of her less frequently used jewelry. We both really like it.
Instructions were vague and written poorly. Made of sawdust and hinges broke off when hung up. Guide for wall screw placement was completely wrong. Horrible product made by a horrible company that couldn’t care less about quality control or the people they take money from. My wall is destroyed now… the company name “DongRong” is fitting and a dead giveaway on what kind of experience you’re going to have.
Really nice shelf, but the instructions could use some work.
This floating nightstand was super easy to install—I put it together by myself in no time. It even came with handy installation strips, which made it quick to mark the drilling spots. I love the raised edges on the tabletop—they help keep things from accidentally falling off. The side divider is perfect for holding my phone. The surface is smooth, dust-resistant, and feels great to the touch. It has a clean, modern look that I really like.
This thing is seriously great; I'm so happy I bought it! The quality is top-notch, and I can tell it will last a long time. Putting it together was a breeze; I had it up and running in no time
I searched floating nightstands and read reviews and confidently chose this one. However, were it not for my incredibly talented boyfriend, I would have been unable to hang it.I assembled the whole thing myself! Fairly easily, I might add.Hanging it on the wall was another story entirely.The handy mounting ruler enclosed was not the right size. Off by about 1/2 inch. So we had to measure and mark ourselves where to put the screws.The wall screws were the next fiasco. The heads were too large, and they didn't fit in the hanging hole. Here's where my boyfriend starts to shine. He took a sanding drill bit and had to sand down the edges of the screws. It worked, though still a very tight fit. How does a company select screws for the purpose of hanging a shelf, but not test to see if the screws fit the intended screw holes?Oh but it gets worse...The next thing he did was drill a slightly larger hole into the bottom of the keyhole metal piece, so that the screws could fit more easily.We learned the hard way that mismeasuring by even merely a millimeter means that the shelf will not slide onto the screws. And with the measuring paper they enclosed being so wildly off, we had to do all the measuring ourselves. Again, how can the company not even test the measuring tool they are sending?Last, but not last, the tiny screws provided to hold the keyhole bracket to the shelves started to pull out after a handful of times hanging and rehanging the shelf. So those tiny screws were useless and had to be replaced with longer screws and reinforced with wood glue. I would hate to think how quickly the shelf would've fallen if we'd kept the short screws in.I honestly wouldn't repurchase or even recommend.However I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because now that my amazing boyfriend used his skills and toolbox to correct the faults in the kit, it does indeed look amazing on the wall next to the black bedframe. And I actually think it may last and be sturdy for a while because of how attentive to detail he was in the hanging process, not due to the quality of the kit itself. We had to use 3 of our own screws, wood glue, and multiple drill attachments in order to make it work.
