Exactly what I hoped for. Sturdy material, thick screws to hold it together, and simple to put together. Took me nearly hours to accomplish it, but that's just because I'm getting older and have stiff joints. Still, once I got past the first few instructions, it was all pretty self explanatory.I'm convinced negative reviews on these were just people who didn't take the time to do it properly. For example, the knuts only screw on easily for the first few turns, then they have to be tightened quite a ways. I can see how someone might feel the resistance and think that's as far as it goes, but you'll know when you can't go further.My only issue is that the smaller slats aren't fixed in place. They just slide into tight slots on the frame. They're very sturdy and it's not a real problem since once you've got the mattress on it won't really affect anything, but it would be nice to be able to move it in one piece.All in all, a great product. No squeaking, high quality, and a decent price, comparitively.

This is a great box spring. I put it together all by myself in about 30 minutes or so. The only issue I had was it was slightly dented in transit andSo I had to force the corner piece in with a wooden mallet. I could lower the rating for that but it isn't the product it was delivery andI am sure I could have returned it and gotten a perfect one as a replacement. But I did want to bother. So I still recommend it because it was an easy fix. My only advice would be check it over when it comes to be sure it wasn't dented or hurt in transit. Other than that that it's sturdy and light and perfect for the price

Nice box spring

This seems like a very sturdy box spring. Replaced our 9 inch regular wood box springs that were old and we wanted to lower our bed some since adding a mattress topper. I'm taking away a star because some of my parts were labeled wrong. There was no B part to be found. instead I had it labeled as A, so I had to look at what the parts looked like to decipher which A's were actually B. Didn't take too long to set up.

It’s affordable and easy to put together!

I put this together by myself as a single woman. Ladies, do not be intimidated by this one. This is probably the easiest thing I’ve ever built from Amazon. All of the nuts, bolts, and screws are labeled correctly, as well as, all of the other pieces it comes with. It seems sturdy and fit our queen size bed frame perfectly. I ordered the 7 inch queen box spring, and it is the perfect height for our art deco, antique headboard. I would add a photo, but I think my word should be solid enough. I don’t feel comfortable sharing my home with strangers. Thanks for this affordable box spring, Amazon.
