I found the 3D adjustable headrest being extra helpful

So far, I like the chair, its comfortable, it works for my use case, however, its not perfect how I would want it to be either... for the pros it was super easy to install, I was done in 15-20 minutes, its really comfortable, especially compared to what I was sitting in prior, I like the features as well as the overall build of the chair, I like the features of it, how you can recline back if needed, the back and neck support is good, im a heavier build, so finding a chair that is durable for my size was crucial... for the cons, this chair seems to be smaller than I wanted it to be, one BIG issue for me is the armrests are super LOW, I really don't like that at all, its close to being a dealbreaker for me personally, I just don't want to go through the trouble of returning it, otherwise its a highly functional office type chair
