Great choice, strong and sturdy

Strong and sturdy. The assembly of this was actually quite simple. My husband and I put this together with him doing the assembly as I read the directions and gave him the hardware. It’s just easier that way. There were no missing parts. We bought it to use on top of the slats on our king size bed because I have arthritis and the 5 inch boxspring was too low so we needed to add that 5 inches on and got the 10 inch. It works beautifully. The cover for it is not a slip on cover. It’s just like a fitted sheet so it may move a little bit if it’s not directly on the floor however that is not a problem for us.

Take your time and follow the directions

The metal box frame went together fairly easy went by the instructions tighten everything up and I have a king size and I look at it this morning and it’s all suede in the center. It needs support. It’s not as sturdy as it says it was it should come with a support leg in the center or at least two?

Solid quality frame - one small issue

I have a queen size Ikea Malm frame, and I wanted my mattress higher than the slats provided. This fit perfectly but I had one issue during assembly. One of the center supports was deformed from the factory (see pictures) and I couldn't initially get the bar in. I had to use pliers to bed the one side back just enough, and then used a runner mallet to slam it into place. This was the only issue, and the rest of that assembly was easy.
