In a corrugated plastic box. super strong. and it was bundle so neatly inside, there wasn't a scratch or blemish anywhere. and it was very easy to unpack. Great job to who ever designed this packaging!Second. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow.Third. the frame is a great design. bolted together very easy, with the provided tool. Note. take your time to stretch the cloth over it.     Surprisingly easier to put together than I had anticipated. I hate having to put things together but I’ve discovered you can’t just go into a store and buy box springs anymore. I looked everywhere. The frame had a tiny bend in it but was pretty easy to hammer straight. No noise. Raises the bed to a good height. Comes in a surprisingly small box. I’m satisfied.
