So handy!
When I bought my new home, it had an awkward laundry set up that didn't leave me much room for folding clothes. But there was a great area alongside and in front of it that would allow room for this table. I bought it, hoping it would fit in the garage okay and give me room to work. What a great buy! The width and length left plenty of car room and room to work. I paired it with Amazon's Storage Maniac Laundry Sorter underneath (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X4GRMTH?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1 ) and it made my life so much easier. This table is quality construction, easy to put up, and the perfect size for folding laundry without being cramped. I don't plan to fold it down, but it's nice that I have that option. I highly recommend this.

Nice, Sturdy, very pleased with quality and ease of assembl. Comes with paper mounting template, level, hardware and tools needed. I Used mine to mount to a table top for an adjustable drafting/easel table (I already had the table), Amazon already sells this version of a drafting table but it doesn'thave the double top so when top is raised drawers are open from top. I Had to use small bolts in bracket as a stoper for various positions, as the brackets only lock in at the 90 degree position, but works very well and I am more than pleased. Love it.

Got this mounted on the wall in my laundry room. It saves spaces when not needed. It is very sturdy and easy to operate. We also use it to put groceries when unloading the car before I get to sort them out. Love it.

Simple folding table that doesn’t take up a lot of space … BUT!
After struggling with assembly for several hours it is up and functioning in my laundry room as a small folding table next to the dryer. Perfect size if you have limited space. Comes with everything needed - even drill bits. But it is not easy peasy to assemble. First of all use your own level. Second buy your own wall anchors the ones provided are the usual inferior quality. First you have to line up the wall anchors for sheet rock application. After you’ve got that done and you’ve checked the table top is still level, you take it down and insert the screws that attach the table top to the folding arms at each end of the table. After that , you struggle to hold the table while re- screwing the wall anchor screws back into the wall anchors. If you can find someone to help you go for it , a second pair of hands helps at this point/- they hold while you screw. If table top is still level you have a nice looking folding table. Buy some of the sheet rock filler too! If you misaligned the holes etc you have it on hand to fill the holes! In spite of all the drama - I like it. Would be nice if manufacturers attached the folding frame arms to the table top so you don’t have to struggle with the attach/ reattach rigmarole but for the price that’s what it is!
