This vinyl record holder is exactly what I needed. It is stylish, does not take up a lot of space, holds up to 200 records, and it is easy to see the titles of my records. It was easy to assemble. I really like the design. The shelves are study. When I received it, one of the parts didn't work. The company was great to work with and quickly responded to me and sent me another.
I'm disabled and about to have major surgery so this was a must have item. All my meds fit neatly on the top shelf below the tray. It slides well under & out from under my bed. It's easy to adjust and the video on the product page made the assembly a cinch. I'm disabled with grip issues and was able to assemble this in about 25 minutes. Very sturdy. My only wish is that the corners of the top were rounded but I'll put some soft corners on it since it's right next to the bed. Our little pup 🐶 has come up under the edge a couple times, but he's smarter now 🥺...🤣
Received this table sooner than expected and just put it together this evening. The table is made from wood and metal components and seems to be quite sturdy once assembled. The assembly is straight forward and very easy, but you have to pay close attention to the illustrations of the instructions. The only thing I don't care for about the table is that the electrical cord is only 6 feet long (thus my 4 star rating) and I think it should be at least 12 feet long, as not everyone has an electrical wall outlet withing 6 feet of where it might be used at bedside or perhaps at a couch or chair in a living room.
Great product for my needs! Several leg surgeries and needed a desk to organize and continue working from my bed till I can go back to office. This more than fit my needs. Also looks great in my bedroom that has white furniture. Had some difficulty putting the top on as the holes were not properly aligned, but the seller was swift and efficient in replacing the unit and I am very pleased! And as an added bonus holds my medical equipment and prescriptions!
When I first received this desk and assembled it, I realized that the rotating handle I received was broken & without that, I was not able to adjust the height of the desk-which defeats the whole purpose of this purchase. I wanted to return the product but I was not able to disassemble the desk (because the rotating handle was stuck in there) which made me even more frustrated.I reached out to customer service & spoke with Vickey. I explained to her the whole situation. Although it took a few back & forth messages, she reassured me that she would try her best to resolve the issue. At the end, she offered me the option of sending a brand new desk or a complete refund via Amazon Gift Card- with either choice, I didn't need to return the current desk back. Throughout our interaction, I was really pleased with the customer service that I received.I did end up choosing a new replacement- which works perfectly! Very sturdy & good condition. Seeing that I had no use of the previous desk I received, I gave it away. Shout out to Vickey for going out of her way to make things right! Excellent customer service skills- would buy from them again
This product seems very cheaply made. I don’t expect it to last very long.The assembly would’ve been easier with just a little more direction on how to orient the products, but once I figured that out early on, it was easy to assemble.It doesn’t go very high, definitely not standing height. It is also hard to adjust the height and hard to make it level.There were no screw holes pre drilled to secured the power strip.It’s a good product in theory; in actuality, I’m disppointed.
I was really excited to use this table for several hobbies because of the tilt and the power bar. Shortly after buying and putting this table together, the metal mount that the tilt bracket attaches to broke. I was no longer able to use the tilt feature of the table. I reached out to Amazon right away who got me in contact with the seller. Hadulcet was very quick and responsive with communication. They were also patient with my lack of knowledge of how to send attachments in the message app. They have been great to work with and have offered to send a replacement table. I am happy with the style and look of the table and impressed with the service.
