Very sturdy and attractive
We wanted a small scale but attractive stool to sit in our front hall beside a shoe cabinet, this was a great deal! Was pretty easy to put together, but be advised that you will need at least a phillips head screw driver, and preferably a drill with a phillips head attachment to assemble. As long as you have that it is pretty straightforward and easy to assemble. It is the same height as an average chair as well, we found many of the other stool options were shorter and awkward for adults to use. The cushion top is comfortable and an attractive color, and will be easy to remove and recover if we decide we want a different fabric later. Very pleased!

Looks great, holding up well, odd marks on legs
This has been a great small stool for our purposes. We wanted something small to sit on by our front door to remove shoes. This fits the bill. Small footprint, looks attractive and is somewhat neutral, easy to assemble. The pad looked like it might flatten out quickly but 1 1/2 years later with multiple daily uses by my family and so far it looks good. I got the wood finish version. The fabric looks like light beige linen so sort of classy. Doesn’t feel wobbly - I have no concerns sitting on it. It was easy to assemble - probably assembled in 10-15 minutes. Might be a little short for someone tall - I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’7” and it’s a good height for us.One star removed since there are small light colored dots on all the legs. They are probably there to make it look weathered but they just look odd. Not so visible that I wanted to return it but they should not do that - it detracts from the otherwise nice appearance.Overall a good purchase.

You get what you pay for. So, for a super cheap bench. I give it three stars. Looks nice, but is super wobbly as a foot rest. Wouldn’t sit on it. I’m 5’3” and 130lbs.

Poor Craftsmanship, Hardware Not Long Enough
The hardwood screws for attaching seat to frame are not long enough. Craftsmanship is poor. The Center Support attaches poorly to the side frames. It wobbles. Living with this because it actually looks OK. If it collapses when I sit on it, or otherwise fails, I'll return it. Pain in the neck.Revised: Hardwood screws for attaching seat to frame actually work. You have to reverse the seat from the position shown on the assembly instructions.Update: Very rickety. Sitting on it to tie shoes in foyer is precarious and risky.
