Great product but be sure the hardware is in the box

The ottoman is really great. It is easy to put together, well packaged, and is really nice quality. I would have given it 5 stars EXCEPT the hardware to assemble it was not included. Since I ordered 2 of these I opened the second box and the hardware was included. It should be near the top of the box in a bright pink package. So we will go to the hardware store and buy our own. But if I did not have the hardware from the second box i would not have knows the size of the screws. The box is big and too much hassle to return and i could not find a way to contact the manufacture. I like the quality of the faux leather, the weight is enough to make it very stable. The top is firm enough to set a glass or cup on it without tipping. It is easy to grab so i can move it to a chair and use it as a foot stool. Very good product and very fast shipping. Color was true to the web site. I bought the Whiskey Brown.

Looks nice but legs are uneven and it was a pain to assemble

Assembly was a pain because the holes don’t line up and one of the legs Is too short (see picture). It does look nice, though.

Just as pictured and from a great seller!

This is exactly what I needed for my smaller space. The design means it’s sturdy but doesn’t take up too much visual space. I got the brown leather, which is exactly like the photos. Also, the price is fantastic. I’m really, however, writing this review for two reasons. First, some of the parts needed for assembly are affixed under the ottoman seat. If you are moving too fast like I did, you’ll miss it. Second, if in moving too fast, you contact the seller for said “missing” parts, the seller will write you back almost immediately and offer to fix it. They were equally gracious when I realized my mistake, too. This encounter, even though I’m in the wrong here, was refreshing. Thank you!
