The chair is comfortable and rolls well, and the upholstery is sturdy. I was concerned that the un-upholstered arms would be uncomfortable, but they are very comfortable. The color is rich and beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase!
Shipping was very, very slow. Assembly was simple and took around 15 minutes. Ergonomically solid, with an excellent seat and quality back support. Comfortable material, and breathes well. I got the advanced synchro-tilt model which has excellent adjustment options. The "titanium finish" for the arms and base unit is just a color scheme -- it's still completely plastic. Price is a bit high for the build quality (mine had a very rough underside, sloppy stitching/stapling on the underside, and many loose threads running off the upholstery right out of the box) but overall I'm satisfied. I expect at least 15-20 years of daily use.
I have a HON chair from a long time ago in my home from a long time ago that I gave to my son, as we absolutely love it as the BEST desk chair ever. Since then, I had been trying to find it's equal for my current office. This is it! As someone who struggles with lower back and hip issues, this beautiful and normal-sized chair provides the PERFECT blend of back support, comfort, and stability for me for a 10-hour day.It is made very well, very easily adjustable, rolls smoothly, and seems to be as durable as their previous models. After going through about 4 different brands and models, this is THE ONE.
