Perfect for your desk

As I type this review, I am sitting in this chair. It is such a massive upgrade compared to what I was sitting in before, and I already feel so much more comfortable and relaxed.When the package arrived, it came in this big old box with all the parts tightly held together to prevent shifting during shipping. It also came with a very simple manual on how to set up the chair, some screws and a monkey wrench. All in all, I laid out all the pieces and it took me about a solid 30 minutes to set up the entire chair. The setup was pretty straightforward, just make sure you follow the instructions to the letter, and maybe having an extra pair of hands could help you finish putting it together faster.Now let's talk about comfortability. This chair is comfortable, as it supports my posture and allows my body to relax. Comfy in many ways

VERY comfortable chair. Exceeds my expectations in many ways, but the arm pads move more than I'd like. I spend more time adjusting them than I'd like. I'm going to see if I can adjust them...tighten them in a particular setting so I don't have to deal with all adjustments. Don't let this dissuade you. I got this chair because of the room colors in my room white oak and white. It was really easy to set up with about 5 steps from the box to complete chair. Standard set up for box office chairs all tools came with it. The chair itself is very comfortable and supports your back and head when relaxing or just sitting. The headrest is not adjustable but perfect for my height and my comfortable for my girlfriend who is shorter. The arms are adjustable and can be placed back if needed. Just ok...

The seat and armrests are really not very comfortable. Scratchy and leave imprints when sitting for a long period of time. Wasn't worth disassembling to return. Overall, the seat could be more comfortable. Rocking feature is nice, but wish it locked in place. Customer service is good though. They offered a partial refund for the issue about the material on seat/armrest.
