Nice looking - pretty decent build quality

You have to put it together of course. Only nine big screws and two tiny ones (for the handle) so not a whole lot to that part... But the alignment of things has to be right. As shown in a picture one of the poles in between had a bent Edge on it when it arrived and we can't blame packaging/shipping because it was packaged very well (had to have been before it was boxed). It worked out okay anyway even with that bend there. Interestingly it included a piece of wax that you use to go in the slots for the sides and door channel. And there was plenty provided! The main screws are quite durable and heavy duty so I don't feel like it's going to start getting wobbly on that count. All of the holes are pre-drilled and when the screws go in they're inset. A little difficult to get the fluted panels into the slots top and bottom with one person... Would have been easy with two, and it was accomplished with one. Scratches kind of easily... Build it inside and I'll be looking for a tablecloth or topper for it (to protect the top, the base is where I had a couple of scratches). Nice that it had eight felt pads for the bottom, but they're just regular adhesive kind so watch for those to come off if moved around too much. The directions are minimal but manageable... Only had to rethink and redo two things. It does have a sleek look when completed. With a pretty big surface on the top. And having that 'put things away' space in the bottom is super cool. Overall pretty nice... Combination of price, mediocre directions, the scratch, and the bent metal led to reduction of only one star.... On sale would be five star cuz once you get it built it's pretty good and I think most people use toppers on their tables anyway.

Sturdy table, well made just not my style

This fluted round table was decent once assembled, but the setup process was a bit of a pain. The instructions weren’t very clear, and it took me around 20 to 30 minutes to put it together. Some of that might have been operator error since I’m not the best at assembling things, but lining up the curved sections perfectly for the base to fit was definitely tricky. Getting the holes to align for the screws in the metal brackets also took some effort.The material itself feels good quality, and the hardware provided worked fine. I did appreciate that it came with wax to apply in the grooves, which made the sliding parts move more smoothly. The color, however, wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s lighter with a yellowish tint that I personally don’t love. Once it was put together, it reminded me of one of those big wooden cable spools, and the round shape made it a bit awkward to find a good spot for in my home. Overall, the quality is fine, but the look just isn’t my style.
