Quality office chair, good lumbar support

This is a great looking office chair. I got it for use in my home office and it fits the style I was looking for perfectly. It's sleek and not too big or bulky. It looks and feels like I quality, well built chair.Assembly wasn't too complicated or confusing. I assembled it by myself and it took just under 30 minutes to assemble. Instructions were clear and all required tools were provided. There were a few steps where it would've been a bit easier with two people (ie. putting the back on and connecting it to the arms), but I was able to get it done without too much trouble.A few things I really like about the chair so far:1. The arms can fold up so you can push it all the way under the desk when not in use2. The inflatable lumbar support feature is kinda cool...I will definitely be using that as I occasionally get back pain/soreness after sitting too long3. I feel like the chair forces me to sit with better posture. My old chair was easy to kind of slouch into, but this one doesn't really lend itself to slouching (which, while it may seem more uncomfortable at first, to me it's a good thing as I'm trying to work on my posture.The cushions are definitely on the stiffer side, butI think the cushions will soften up with use. It's not so stiff that it's terribly uncomfortable though. Just hasn't been broken in yet.My only complaint so far is that the caster wheels don't seem to roll across the floor as well as my old chair. They kinda feel like they're just dragging/sliding...not really rolling. It's not a deal breaker for me though, as I'm not really moving this chair around much (other than pulling it in/out from my desk).As others have mentioned, the fabric is a faux leather. But for the price, I wouldn't have expected real leather. And the material looks and feels good to me, so no complaints.Overall, pretty happy with the chair.

Uncomfortable Chair!

The chair is extremely uncomfortable and feels hard as a rock. Even when fully inflated, it provides no meaningful lumbar support. At 5'4", the built-in headrest pillow sits at the middle of my back rather than supporting my neck, which, combined with the lack of lumbar support, forces me into a hunched position. Overall, this is a very poorly designed and uncomfortable chair.
