[This is the 800 Rocking model, which rocks but doesn’t stay reclined, doesn’t have a cup holder. I just put it together and I’m sitting comfortably on it, rocking a bit without having played with the adjustment part. I like it out of the box. It’s very spacious, comfortable, and relaxed sitting for myself , being 5’ 4” and 135 lbs. The lumbar support at the bottom of the back is what I need. My head rests close to the top, but not on top of it.The only con I see so far is you can’t adjust the height. I knew this when I bought it, since the problems with other models are the height mechanism breaks , so they saved that issue with this model by keeping it simple. I prefer it that way.We put it together in 20 minutes with the tools provided.The chair looks beautiful and just like the “see it in your home “ function Amazon offers. ( I got the white and black one ).I’ll update if anything changes. So far I’m very pleased for the value for $150. I also received within two days with free delivery. I may get another one down the road .

More positives than negatives
Right off the bat I want to point out that this chair is for console gamers, as the advertising clearly points out. It is very short (like 12-14 inches at the seat) so it will not work for a desk. To me it is the perfect height for console games. I bought a shorter tv stand and a 50in tv and I sit dead center to the tv, perfect. The chair rocks (leans back), spin, seems to be made of thick quality pleather and has vibrant colors to match my decor. The one negative, and it's kinda big, is that not all of the bolts/holes line up perfectly, as other reviewers have pointed out. It's not crazy off but I did have to wrestle a few and It caused the whole chair to be slightly out of square. I have mild ocd and this admittedly drives me a little bonkers, especially for the price. I don't really feel it being off when gaming but looking at it close you can tell it's a little wonky (the backrest leans slightly left). I even loosened the bolts and tried re adjusting but it's the holes themselves that are off. They need better qc at the factory. Overall it feels sturdy (some creaks) and is very comfortable for gaming so I still dig it, just know if you have a little ocd like I do it's not perfect and you might have to live with it.

Disappointing buy
Bought this less than a month ago because I wanted something nice for watching movies and play console games while lounging around. The chair when it was built was decently comfy but building it was an absolute pain, there was no instruction that came with the box. However it is now a nice foot rest for my other chair that I use when I play pc games/stream and make videos.I would skip this product and spend more and get a secret labs chair!

Needs 1” more or user height adjustment mechanism.
I’ll start with my I my complaint: it is too short. First - the product description says it is 15.75 inches seat height off floor. This is off by 2.5 inches. I measured it. The part of the seat you actually sit your rear on is only 13.25 inches off the floor. So its 2.5 inches too short. That is why the review below shows as it does. The manufacturer has misrepresented this.3 people have tested it in my home. 4’9”; 5’9” and 5’1”. All three of us agree it is too low. It needs a way to adjust the height or it needs to be set at 1” higher. If you try to use it with any table or desk that is the normal 28” height you will feel your arms get tired trying to rest on the table. It interesting that ages 11-44 and heights 4’9” to 5’9” all feel the exact same way.It otherwise has good back, is easy to assemble, has good reclining tension, and a stable base. It doesn’t swivel quickly. There is some tension in the swivel. I am not sure if that is good or bad. It prevents too much movement but I am used to having a bit more swivel in the hip. Maybe it will loosen over time. Or maybe it just isn’t meant to swivel.Height adjustment would put this at 5-star.
