So much better than a regular padded office chair. Used primarily for gaming and the mesh keeps things cool and comfortable. Fold down arms seemed superfluous, but was the first feature used. Takes longer to unpack than assemble. Very good packaging, easy to assemble. Got it on prime day so I feel good about the value.
It's okay.has some hard wobbles when you lean where it sounds like hard clicking almost. seat area should have been a few inches shorter to accomodate shorter individuals, the seat area extends out so it makes no sense that the seat would be so large.lumbar support is okay but its a bit aggressive and not adjustable.dont bother with the headrest.. like the lumbar support.. its a bit too pronounced to use properly. especially if you wear headphones and turn your head while leaning back.pros.. its mesh.. so airflow isnt a concern for warm rooms.
Yes it is expensive. Very comfortable. Easy assembly. Buy once, cry once. I'm glad I didn't buy the cheaper alternatives. This will last many years and looks great
There is 0 middle back support, instead they made it open and there are two hinges that weaken that spot even more.
My first impressions for this chair is good. It’s comfortable, raises up/down a decent height, & I also like how much I can recline back(the recline lock is a plus). Only gripe I have is the chair came with white smudges on the back part, the small white particles around it are from the disinfecting wipes I tried using to clean them off. It made them less whiter, but they’re still there, not a deal breaker for me but this is why I’m giving this chair 4/5 stars. While I’m typing this I just noticed more white smudges on the upper back part of the chair(tried using my thumb to get rid of them but it didn’t do much), they’re not noticeable but my previous sentence still stands. I’ll be back a couple of months later for an updated review.Edit: 6 months later the chair still holds up well. However I have two new problems. First the headrest is positioned in a weird way, it’s adjustable but it doesn’t move back as much as I’d like. Second is the lumbar support (I’m 5”7.5 by the way) isn’t high enough. It sits right below the area of my back that it’s supposed to support & it’s basically pointless. Other than that the stitching in the mesh is still just as it was when it first came. Never had any issues with faulty parts or anything of that nature. It’s better than what I used before it but the next chair I get, I’ll make sure it has none of the problems this one does.

I have assembled and reviewed so many rolling chairs that I might be able to assemble one blindfolded. They all seem to be so similar that distinguishing differences are relatively small, but this chair is very different. You can feel the difference in the weight of the parts and the strength of the attachments. It is in a class by itself. I thought it odd that the armrests were fixed and would not pull up out of the way, then I saw the little thing to push to unlock them. The gamers in the family all gave it a big thumbs up as a great chair. It's expensive but worth it if you want to feel like you have the best.
