I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this foot rest. I wanted something soft to relax and put my feet up on. I wasn't sure if this would work, but for the price I thought I'd give it a try. When I first took this out of the box I thought I'd been scammed. I didn't believe this would fluff up the way that it did so I could use it. But as you can see...it definitely did. Its very comfortable and the perfect size for my new reading chair. I love how soft and durable the material is too. I ordered the 20 in sized foot rest and its perfect. I definitely recommend this one.

I'm very happy with this foot rest. It's very soft and comfortable and is exceeding my expectations. It's not very sturdy, but that's to be expected since it's just foam all around and has no solid base. My only issue is that the product I received does not match the advertised dimensions. I purchased the version that was supposed to be 15" high, which would have fit perfectly under a small table for storage. But it's actually 20" high. Still, I don't regret my purchase and would recommend it to others. Just be aware it might be taller than expected.

Cannot imagine life before this
I was definitely hesitant to purchase this ottoman because it seemed like it could very possibly not be as good as the images and the description. It's difficult when the internet has betrayed you in the past. However, upon receiving this ottoman pillow, I realized I had been blessed to find a product that lived up to its product listing. I use this as a foot rest when I am at my desk, and it is very comfortable as well as being aesthetically pleasing. It's very lightweight so easy to move, but it also stays in place well while using it. It's not something an adult could easily sit on, maybe not even a child, but that's not why I purchased it. It's sturdy enough for foot and leg weight. The size works well for my use. When I received it, it did need to be straightened out a bit, and occasionally needs a good straightening out, but this is not enough of an issue to affect usability, aesthetics, or enjoyment. I like it very very much and if some tragic fate was to befall it, I would definitely consider replacing it with the same brand and style.

The fabric is nice and soft, but inside it’s terrible. You put your feet on it and its sinks half way. This is supposed to to be a foot stool to keep up your feet and it’s almost to the ground. I would not recommend. There pictures they show it’s firm , but that’s misleading to the consumer.

It's ok. Just ok. You can rest your legs/feet on and is sort of an attractive addition to a room. You can't sit on it though as it's a large piece of foam. It comes in a vacuum packed pouch. Once you cut it open, you need to quickly remove it as it expands. Instructions state 48 to 72hrs to fully expand. The cover is washable.
