Good mattress for guest or kids to play on, comfortable, easy to put away, takes time to expand

I actually got this for my nephew so he has a temporary bed at my parents. So far it has been great for the kid. My mom also uses it for guest from time to time as needed. It is not the BIGGEST bed but will work for temporary bedding. The bed is pretty comfortable to lie on. It feels like a futon if I wanted to compare it to anything. It folds up easily so I can easily store this in the closet. I was able to vacuum seal this as well to save even more space but note that it does take time to actually expand out and take the best shape if you do vacuum seal it. Other than that, this actually is not bad for what you are getting. It does take a few hours if not days to really get this bedding to the right shape so just be aware of that when you get this. I would always say to let a mattress expand for at least a day before using it for the first time as this was really flattened out. It is vacuum sealed so it is pretty condensed and tough to sleep on right out of the bag. After I unpacked the mattress and let the bag expand, I inspected it. I found no issues with bad stitching or holes which is good. I like that it can be folded up into a chair or for storage. The chair is not bad. It is good for additional seating in a guest room or in this case for my nephew to just sit and play. I opted to put a cover on it though as the white is easy to get dirty. This leads to the down side which is that there is not real storage bag for this for long term storage. This means it can easily get dusty during storage. It does have a handle on it so you are able to take easily carry this around the house as needed. My parents actually use it for a guest mattress in case I have my family over and such for the night. The foam part of this mattress is pretty comfortable for a few nights but it would not really be a mattress I could use every single night for a year but for a few nights it does the job. My nephew sleeps comfortably on it. I was able to just use the standard sheets on it as needed. The bottom has some grip to keep it on the floor and from sliding around. Unlike an air mattress, this one is easy to setup and it is good to go in less than a minute pretty much but it does take up more space than an air mattress in terms of storage. I would not say this is stain resistant so just be aware of that when you are using this. It is definitely functional and good for guests and long term storage. It is not too heavy where you are not able to carry this around as needed. Overall I am pretty happy with this easy to use and take on the go mattress. It is easy to take with you on some trips and it is pretty comfortable to sleep in for a few nights. It does take time to expand though when you take it out of the bag so give it a few hours at least before trying to lay on it. Although it can fit a standard frame which is fine but I mostly use it for the ground as it is a guest mattress. I found that this had no damage or issues with the foam not holding up well. The only thing I would say is that I wish it came with a long term storage bag at least instead of just a handle to carry this around. It makes the mattress stay cleaner especially when you take this on a trip.

Comfortable & warm...

I never knew just how much we would use a portable mattress until we bought one. The kids love to use it for watching movies & sleeping on the family room floor, on top of their mattresses on their beds for extra cushion, & as an ottoman or seat next to the couch. We adults use it too. I used it when we had sick kids & I needed to be able to sleep near them to help them throughout the night. This mattress was PERFECT.It is lightweight (approximately 15#), COMFORTABLE, warm, portable, & cozy. It is crazy how just being a few inches above the family room floor on the mattress makes someone so much warmer. LOVE that the cover is machine washable & dryable. The inner material is foam & memory foam blend, which is SUPER comfy!It very comfortably fits a few kids, an adult & a child or two, or two teens to slender to average size adults if they know how to stay on their own side when sleeping. It easily fits adults that are 6'4". It is easy to carry with the padded handles & light enough that a 5 year old can get it out & put it back away.This is a great mattress for guests, kids, making an existing mattress more comfortable, adults, etc. We wake up withOUT back pain that tends to happen when sleeping on the sofa bed mattress because of the support bar. This would make an awesome pet bed too, but we don't allow our pets on furniture as it can lead to competing with humans for a place to sit/lie down, our dogs shed a lot, & it can also create issues in the long run when a dog is old & they don't want to move/share with the humans. We don't want to do something that can lead to issues with our children, grandchildren, any children, or any humans and our dogs as dogs age. We had one dog get ornery when they were older & don't want a repeat.A+ rating for this mattress! We would buy it again!I would buy this again.
