I had reservations about ordering these sight unseen, but I didn’t have the energy or time to visit numerous furniture stores to look for dining room chairs. OMG, I am so pleased with these chairs. They were easy to put together (took my son 20 minutes). They are well-designed and well made. They are solid and comfortable. They look great. I recommend.
i wanted a set of chairs for a chess station and found these (along with the table, see my other review on that). The chair were super easy to put together, and they are very comfortable. Already received several compliments on them and the color, design and look was also given 2 thumbs up by my wifey! - I wanted a sort of industrial look on my chairs and these easily fit the requirement. I also wanted comfort, so which is why i finally chose these, their contour is what i was aiming for in addition to good looks. This "Signature" series from Ashley provides a lot of great quality and good craftsmanship and keeping in mind good value. So the price for what you get is incredible. Both the chairs and table were from the Ashley Signature. Hope if you're in the market for comfy chairs with this look, you consider these....won't regret it.
These chairs are so comfortable, and look amazing in the dining room. The rubber protection prevents scratches on the hardwood floors. It was quite easy to put together.
These chairs are amazing. We bought 4. They are beautiful and functional. Our toddlers climb all over them with their sticky hands. The chairs are easy to clean and sturdy. The seats are comfortable and look great with the table. My only complaint was the assembly of one of the chairs was challenging due to a misshapen bolt. I had a replacement so I was able to fix it.
Highly recommend! These chairs look far more expensive than the actual price. The instructions are clear--I assembled them by myself, 15 minutes for each (I am experienced at furniture assembly). What particularly impressed me was the packaging--absolutely the BEST I have seen in un-assembled furniture! Two chairs come in a box, each part & seat is wrapped in bubble wrap with cardboard & foam sheeting between. The hardware is bagged separately for EACH chair in separate bags, which are securely sealed, then attached to a red plastic tape that is secured to the top of the box and labeled "hardware". (No huge pile of screws to sort). The hardware bag provides some pre-assembled screws which act as an example for the user. The instructions are in a big orange envelope. (I do recommend only partially tightening the screws that attach the seat until all have been placed, then tightening as this makes it easier to get the seat attached.) I typically do not provide so many details in a review, but I absolutely recommend these chairs. I purchased two sets of the the brown ones and they go beautifully with my dining table and are extremely comfortable.
These look great but mine would NOT come together. Per the instruction manual, the holes are supposed to be near the part of the chair that angles down- mine are on the opposite side. The support piece is too long making it impossible to get the chair pieces flush for assembly. Such a pain to return such a big item but there is no way for these to safely come together.
Great modern looking chair for the dining room. They were super easy to put together by myself. They are comfortable to sit in and have worn well. I get lots of compliments on them.
