Changing my review from 1 star to 5. 1st one I ordered came and the holes were drilled incorrectly. Not only did they refund my money, but sent me a new shelf that was perfect in every way. Will definitely buy from this company again.
I don't write reviews very often.... Unfortunately this shelf was a horrible experience and I would like to help others from falling into the same experience. The engineering of hole placements are off. The instructions are inadequate, so you are left with a freaking puzzle. The screws they supply crack the wood. Also, two of the screws actually broke as I was screwing them (using their tool) into the wood. I am a female over 60.... yeah, not superwoman by any means. DO NOT BUY!!!
I’m absolutely thrilled with this 6-tier rotating bookshelf from SpaceAid! I was looking for a smart solution to store books and toys in a small corner of my living room, and this bamboo tower is a total game-changer.Assembly was straightforward—the instructions were clear, and all the parts were well-labeled. It took me about 30–40 minutes to put it together by myself.The 360-degree rotation is smooth and makes it so easy to access everything, even the books placed at the back. It’s surprisingly stable and holds a good amount of weight without wobbling. I’ve loaded it with books, magazines, and even a few decorative items.The walnut finish is rich and classy, blending beautifully with the rest of my furniture. It looks like a high-end piece without the crazy price tag.What I love most is how space-efficient it is. Instead of a wide bookcase taking up half a wall, this vertical spiral design lets me maximize storage without sacrificing floor space.If you have limited space but want something stylish, functional, and fun to use—this rotating bookcase is it!
Unfortunately, I waited to long to put this together and it's too late to return it. $100 down the drain. It's a piece of crap. The screw holes don't line up, they strip easily because the screws can't go in straight, and the wood splits. Don't waste your money.
I love the concept however the first one we got the holes were drilled wrong so we wasted two hours trying to figure it out as instructions are poor.Also the quality of both the first one and replacement is poor but I guess what you might expect from China and tge price point. It will serve the purpose that I had intended it for. The second one went together fairly well but again this is not a quality piece. I will be curious how the rotating part works once filled with books. It does not feel like it will substantiate the weight.
It’s a little overpriced for the quality tbh. From afar this looks okay, but just okay. TLDR: if you have small children, don’t get this. If you expect heavy use out of it, this ain’t it.I got the 6 tier one. The bamboo is not that high quality and splinting at the edges all around. It’s stable enough but I wouldn’t trust it around kids or spin it too fast. Slightly worried the robot vacuum might be able to push it over if it hits it just right… This is not the commercial type you see at the stores. The center rods need to be bent to be inserted and they will remain slightly bowed because of that. Also, the rods aren’t actually 90 to each other so you get this sense of misalignment when you step back. Overall, I feel if it’s under 100$ maybe worth it but not worth more than that.
Despite some of the negative reviews, I found the directions easy to follow. It is a very solid, sturdy shelf and so far it is pretty awesome! I needed more room for extra books that I bought. It doesn’t take long or large books but that’s okay. Love the rotating feature plus the space saving function!
