Great little unit---but be careful when assembling!

I absolutely love this little storage cabinet. Yes, it is lightweight and storage should be limited to lighter household things (we use ours for linens), but for the price it is sturdy and holds a lot. The drawers (other than the top drawer; more on that in a minute) glide open without much effort, and despite the drawers being fabric, the unit does not seem flimsy at all.Where I made my mistake was in the assembly. As others have noted, there are no step-by-step instructions. There are a couple of drawings with everything labeled, and it is up to you to figure out what goes where. Go slowly and plan it out carefully before you start screwing things together. I thought I had followed the drawing perfectly, but ended up with one back leg being attached to the front. The "tell" is that there is now a small screw-hole in the front where the back mounting would go if you wanted to attach the unit to the wall (fortunately, that was not my plan). Rather than take the entire thing apart to swap the front and back leg, I just stuck a small screw in the hole and it is not noticeable. Maybe one day when I'm feeling bored I will take it apart and fix it, but for now the only issue is that the top drawer fits a little more snugly than the others. Not a biggie.Overall, I think this is worth the pricetag and is an attractive and practical solution to storage in tight spaces. I am now eyeing a couple of the other units from the same manufacturer.

A fabric, floral and functional space saver

Lovely floral fabric drawer-front design. I carefully read the description, so I knew what I was getting. The frame is sturdy enough but the fabric drawers are only intended to hold light items, if you want this unit to last. I purchased it for our small guest room so that guests can use it for undergarments, socks and light travel necessities, instead of living out of their suitcases. It fits and looks great. Assembly was very easy.

Poor design. Fragile. Terrible instructions

I own other drawer of the same series by the same manufacturer so I ordered two of these tall with 5 large drawers thinking it would work just fine like the others. The others were not as high as this one and the sides and the drawer support (where drawers slides) were pre-welded. This one is tall so the sides and drawer support are in smaller sections and you have to screws to assemble it. This causes the side metal and drawer support to be crooked (not perfectly straight). This in turn causes the drawers to not slide smoothly. In fact the middle drawer does not slide out easily and you have to really force it to slide out.In addition, Terrible instructions and only drawing and no step-by-step instructions. I followed the drawing thoroughly, but still ended up with the back leg being attached to the front.i had to disassemble it and then assemble it again. At the end when I took out the top particle wood shelf, I found the it is damaged in the corners. Now I have to disassemble it and repackage it send it back. What a waste of time.

Really cute, but just be aware...

Looks great, and perfect for our needs. It is fairly small, so make sure you're aware of the measurements. Also, since the "drawers" are fabric baskets, they are designed to hold pretty light stuff; we're putting yarn, fabrics, and sewing stuff, so it's perfect. Also, if you plan to be opening the drawers many times per day, they may get some wear-and-tear over time. They are for light duty use. But for the price and what they look like - they're great. Pro tip: The fake wood top looks nice, but to make it just a bit nicer, run a black sharpie very lightly along each sharp edge of the top, then wipe with a paper towel. That will darken the light-colored edges and make it seem just a bit more like real wood. Big thumbs up for a nice little storage solution.
