Will be useful, but came damaged
The item took about 1.5 hours to put together and it was fairly easy. It looks good in our motorhome and will serve our needs. However, item came damaged, a corner of one of the leaves was chipped, a corner of the middle section of the table was damaged and there was a scar on the other leaf. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a gamble...
Right off the bat, when I saw the condition of the box this arrived in I had misgivings. The box was torn open ALL the way around, and had multiple layers of tape trying desperately to hold it together. Cutting off all the tape, then removing the flimsy Styrofoam, I was not surprised to see several parts already damaged - both of the side leaves, and the underside of the main table. Little did I know, the annoyance factor was going to increase dramatically. While unpacking things, I noticed one item didn't have an identifying sticker on it, but the bad did - keep that in mind for later. Before assembly, I looked at the tools they provided and decided I'd use my own. If you don't have a ratcheting T-handle with hex keys, you're in for a heck of a time assembling this. I'd also recommend you keep a magnet on hand - when assembling the table top to the frame, the holes are rather large and the bolts can fall into it, but as the frame otherwise has no other openings you'll have a hard time getting the screw back without the magnet - another reviewer pointed out this issue as well. The other reviewer also mentioned confusion over the various screws - I was confused too until I found that the four screws he mentioned were for the handles and in completely different bags - they're much tinier too.Assembly wasn't straightforward either - the instructions contain poor pictures that make it difficult to determine the orientation of parts. Fortunately, I've assembled so many things like this, I could figure it out at a glance. Unfortunately, one of the parts I received was either the wrong one or defective. In the pictures on the store page, and in the instructions, you can see that the fold-out panels open opposite of each other - because they are mounted on opposing sides of the main frame. This means that the mounting holes for the screws on the opposing sides aren't parallel - four sets of holes (top/bottom) for the front and four sets of holes (top/bottom) for the rear. However, what I received was four sets of holes (top/bottom) for one side (it's actually reversible until you put on the locking casters), and a mismatched set of holes (top/bottom) for the other side. In other words, I couldn't mount the fold out panel correctly on one side, as the holes were directly opposite of the other fold out panel - they drilled all four holes on one end versus two on one end and two on the other.I suspect this item was a return, either for damage or for an incorrect part. Then someone looked at it, saw nothing wrong, shoved it in a bag, put a sticker ON THE BAG, and sent it back out. All the other parts had stickers on them, but not this one defective part.Anyway, I tapped my own holes, attached it the way it was supposed to go and finished the assembly. BTW, if you assemble this by yourself like I did, simply reverse the orientation for most of it - for example, if the table is upside down, then turn it right side up and use chairs or something to hold the leaves up. With the drilling, it took me about two hours to assemble solo. For $160 dollars, this is definitely not worth the hassle. Poor instructions, poor QA, poor shipping protection - too many poor things to make the gamble worth it. It's a shame too, as the table does look nice.

Wonderfully versatile, but with some assembly issues
The assembly process is not quick or easy. The instructions correctly recommend that you have someone to hold certain parts into place while another person attaches everything with screws. This is not a one person job.Suggestion for the manufacturer: Screws #1 and #3 looked identical to me. That problem was compounded by both of them being in the exact same bag. At least have them in separate bags and clearly marked.Suggestion #2 for the manufacturer: Step #4 was a nightmare trying to screw in the Top Shelf from underneath it. One of the tiny screws slipped from my fingers and was lost within the metal frame forever. Everything still seems stable after being completed, thankfully, but that step could be made much easier. It looks terrific, and I particularly was attracted to the versatile options in one compact piece of furniture. It would indeed make for a handy extra table for guests once the leaves are extended. The wheels make it easily movable, too.I ordered it to use it as an upgraded printer stand with the printer on one of the bottom shelves. I misjudged the photos as the bottom shelves are only open if the table leaf is extended. My printer would not fit!So, I removed one of the movable supporting side panels to make room for how I wanted to use it. I appreciate that it allowed me to do so without compromising the structure's stability.Overall, I am very pleased with it, but would recommend the manufacturer correct the two suggestions that made assembly more difficult than it should have been.
