Feels like a luxury book shelf !

I love this book shelf! It really gives expensive vibes, it’s so sturdy, so solid, wood feels amazing and has wood texture. 2 or 3 of these side by side would look incredible for the price. If you’re trying to create a fancy book space in your home this one hits the mark. It is so much taller and wider then expected. We love the bracket to the wall feature for safety since we have small children. It was super simple to put together. I would buy again!

Lightweight, lots of assembly, but good looking!

When we took the pieces out of the box I was a little concerned. This is not the usual design where the two vertical sides are all one piece. There are a million pieces, and the self goes together by putting four posts on each shelf and putting the next shelf on to of those, repeat. On top of the the pieces were all *light*. They appear to be real wood, but they are really light. So I was anxious this was going to be flimsy and only hold light things.Once assembled, though it was pretty sturdy. I would believe the 50lbs/shelf rating. Bolted together properly (not hard) the pieces work together to make a decent book shelf. I would be worried if you were going to move it frequently or bump into it often. Probably not a great shelf if you're going to have cats jumping on it. But otherwise it looked good and felt sturdy. Just be sure to do the assembly properly and firmly.

My jaw has dropped.

Absolute pain in the behind to assemble. Took about an hour to set up, and in that hour I questioned how the manufacturer thought some of those pieces would fit like they were intended to. By the end of the assembly, I was talking smack to the manufacturer like they were in the room with me.Once I was done with my little fuss, and I had the bookshelf put together, I took a step back in awe. After all of the hassle, I believed I was looking at a pot of gold. It was a masterpiece. I'd rather take a stare at this bookshelf than stare at my wife. And yes, my wife is jaw-dropping.I threw all of my cd's onto the shelf, threw some plants onto it and boom. Huge bang for my buck, no, your buck.I don't have a picture of my setup because I'm at work currently. But just know that it is genuinely one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my apartment.Thank you for your time.
