I don't write reviews often, but when a item pleasantly surprises me how can I not?I ordered this bakers rack for one reason, my wife wanted it.To be clear, I had no expectations that this would not end any other way other than my throwing it out the window.Well I was wrong.I unpacked the pieces and immediately noticed the metal framing was good quality, and the wooden pieces were not the expected fiber board and appeared to be quite dense.The instructions are easy to follow picture diagrams (no text)While there were a couple of hiccups in assembly which were caused by my not paying attention and "NOT" by design or instruction provided, when fully assembled the rack was beautiful and quite stable.I do wish it was a inch or two wider, but other than that It's perfect.

Well designed both frame and shelves are solid and substantial. The shelves are not wood but they do not have that laminate on particle board appearance. Overall the rack doesn’t look cheap and its style should fit into most kitchens. Directions are clear, parts are labeled but make sure you look at the illustrations carefully as there are no text instructions. Packaging is very protective and thought out. I was able to assemble in a little over than an hour.

I'm very happy with the quality and ease of assembly. The only issue I had was 4 missing screws. I contacted customer service and they promptly replied and sent me the missing screws UPS. That is great customer service and a company who cares about their customers! Wish I had room for another one!

Nice do it yourself project

I purchased this to create a coffee bar in my kitchen. It’s the perfect size for the space I have. It was easy to put together and I did it alone. It seems very sturdy and I like the wood color that contrasts the white frame. When I opened the box, most of the screws/hardware was loose & strewn throughout the box! Fortunately there was only 1 piece missing, the screw-in foot piece. Unfortunately, it took a full week before the replacement part arrived! I assumed since it was missing, the company would make a priority to get it to me quickly! I could’ve gone and bought the piece but it was the principle of thing. That aside, I am VERY HAPPY with the way it looks!
