Attactive, seem sturdy
Both of these trunks are very good size. They have strong hardware, latches, and hinges. Their handles and sides are all reinforced well. The larger of the two boxes has locking latches, and the smaller of the two boxes has a center lock. The larger of the two boxes also has inside pockets on the lid. The construction is of a particleboard type of wood. It seems quite strong and durable. The cases and selves are also attractive, and while they are heavy enough to seem durable, they are light enough for me to use without a lot of extra added weight. I can think of lots of uses for these trunks. From travel to a gearbox for my musician husband. They would also be great for just storing things in the basement if that's what you want. Though they do seem meant to travel. The larger of the two boxes did come with wheels. These trunks seem like they are a great buy for the price, they are less expensive than a suitcase of the same size, and if you were traveling last say, musical gear, or camera equipment, or any other type of gear that needs protection, they are a really good option. Although the larger of the two cases is foam-lined, with most things, you would need to add some kind of padding, I'm sure. Overall, I think that they are a great buy for most people, if you need some travel boxes. I have every reason to believe that they will hold up well, but if, for some reason, they start to fall apart, I will come back and correct my review.

Nice set of storage trunks
This arrived very well packed with adequate padding. It contained the instructions, the wheels for the larger trunk, keys, and lock. You remove the larger suitcase, open it, and the smaller trunk fits very well inside. I placed them side by side next to my refrigerator so you could get a better idea of the size of both trunks.Pros:--visually appealing making it easy to use these in an apartment scenario, where lack of space makes it easy to leave these out in the open and store things inside.--The hardware, closures, handles, corner protectors, wheel and stand hardware visually appealing and function well--Can be used as "luggage" in a scenario where you have a car trip, light cargo and light use (not good as luggage in a plane/bus/train scenario)--Holes for screws to insert stand and wheel pieces were drilled with threads for easy assembly. They are for the most part measured well, although some pieces did have a tight connections where you are working the screws loose/tight/loose to get the perfect angle for them to fit properly, although all pieces were able to be inserted. properly.--They are light and easy to handle--Both trunks are made of a lightweight composite/laminate/wood-like pieces (I am not an expert in this) that will not hold heavy or bulky objects without damage.--The large trunk has a very thin foam like lining over the wood giving it a little cushion to things inside. It is fragile and the smaller trunk inside has caused some collapse and gouging - not sure this will age well. It does have 2 nice netting pockets in the lid of the larger trunk.--The smaller trunk has no lining and is smooth laminate material inside.--The outside is painted well (green in my case) and has silver hardware. There are already some smudges and small indentations scuffed on the outside of both trunks.--Water resistance is questionable, although some light rain can be dried off, heavy water would seep through the composite material I would predict.Cons:--If treated gingerly, these can hold up for a long time, but not sure if they will hold up to a household with kids and animals--Outside finish might not hold up over time, it seems fragile as well. These are very nice, no doubt about it. The price is fair for what you are getting for your money. I subtracted one star for the flimsy type material overall, but it might hold up well with light use. The typical suitcase locks provided with an idea for privacy rather than security.

Durable and high quality
There is not much to say about a trunk aside from a few key things. Does it seem durable? Is the hardware high quality? Both of those are yes, so I suspect this will last for a long time. I think it looks stylish as well. The trunks came nested within each other and it felt very well packaged. I'm not storing really heavy things in here, but I think it can do it with ease. I wouldn't say the wheels makes it roll around super easily especially when heavy. But you can't really fight physics on this one unless you have 4 much larger wheels.

A very high quality set of heavy-duty great quality storage chests
I am happy with both of these quality storage trunks in this set. Both are constructed well large one is with sturdy plywood and small one looks like pressed fiberboard. Around it at every corner's point there are stout metal corner protectors. The hinges on each one work well and look like they will hold up to many openings to come. On the larger one there is a latch in the middle that is made for a small combination lock which is provided inside it when delivered. The smaller chest has two lock opened with the keys inside it as well. Both feel good and sturdy when heavy items may be placed on top of them. Around the opening edge of each is a heavy duty aluminum trim that looks great but there were some shape place on the smaller one. But the larger chest's inside has a thin spingy protective mat covering its inside walls and in the lid. I really love thier the look working good as home decor as well as handy storage for so many items. To help with moving around of the larger chest around once it is full are the addition of wheels and leg pegs provided that were easily installed with the instructions. When putting the screws into the predrilled holes though I had to get each one started before snugging them u. By doing it way the hinge holes and the screw points matched up better before tightening down. Overall I found them both to be constructed well from decent materials at a great value price.
