I needed a very sturdy stool that would allow a person to step up to more easily get onto a higher level. This was absolutely perfect! It can hold a lot of weight so we are not afraid to depend upon it even if we step down onto it with a bit of force. Great quality! It was packed protectively for shipment and was very easy to put together. I called it a "tinker toy job" because it was easy. It has two decals that you stick on the top for a bit of texture to avoid any slips. I am delighted with how modern and stylish the stool is, too. It does not take up much space and sits in our living room. I love the black metal and the walnut wood stain! I purchased the 9 inch tall stool and is an easy size to step onto. Compared to other stools, I thought the price was very fair, not expensive at all for the quality of the stool.

Makes a perfect speaker stand.

Very nice, solid little foot stool. Came well packaged, all pieces included and clearly labeled, even had a few extra screws, and the one tool that’s required to assemble. Instructions are very clear, though assembly is actually pretty simple, but everything fit together perfectly. The stool itself is being used to hold a small PA speaker off the floor for a digital piano at home, and the 13” model is exactly what I needed. I wish I had seen this before I spent a lot more money on speaker stands that were way too high, bulky and unstable than I actually needed for home use.
